MY ROLE

Exhibition Design, Display Planning

INFO

Due to the spatial requirements for displaying their annual new product, the Whale Sofa Set, Zuny chose Hall 6 Today venue for the exhibition, marking their first display in this location.

Under the theme "Gradually," the presentation featured a distinctive arrangement of different arcs, allowing viewers to experience a variety of product scenarios as they navigated through the exhibition. The showcased items encompassed a range of functionalities, from small items like flower vases to larger pieces like sofas, highlighting Zuny's ambitious expansion into a more diverse range of home goods.

CONCEPT OF BRAND ELEMENT DEVELOPMENT

Using irregular dots as the concept for brand development, we create a rough outline of the exhibition space through curved cutting, size contrast, and matching brand colors. At the same time, we employ similar cutting patterns to designate specific placement points for unique products of varying sizes.

DISPLAY ARRANGEMENT

By overlapping arcs, the square exhibition space is split into three sections, positioned at different angles, creating visual height variations for a more expansive feel.

The arcs' diverse orientations are flexible for a variety of display setups, accommodating exhibits of different sizes in designated areas.

FEEDBACK AND REVIEW POINTS

In this exhibition, we garnered attention and inquiries from many international brands, including YSL, Dior, and others. However, our spacious and clean design lacked sufficient storage areas, especially during the winter exhibition season, which caused inconvenience for booth staff.

Therefore, through this project experience, I realized that besides creating stunning display effects to highlight the products themselves, exhibition designs also need to consider functionality for staff use. In the future, if similar opportunities arise, this will be a necessary consideration.
